I have been to Carver’s on multiple occasions – for dinner in the restaurant, for cocktails in the Martini Lounge, and for events in the private boardroom. On every visit, I received the same impeccable service, food, and drinks. I typically start the evening with a glass of one of their many fine wines and some Maryland Lump Crab Cakes. You can’t go wrong with the Cajun Lamb Chops appetizer either. My favorite entree is the Stuffed Filet – a 6 oz. cut, bacon wrapped, stuffed with blue cheese mushroom duxelle, and finished with sauteed mushrooms. The Grilled Pork Chop is also an excellent choice. I’m confident that you will be pleased no matter what you order at Carver’s!
