Position Summary:
This position exists to support the management of incoming and outgoing shipments of customer parts and other materials from our Miamisburg, Ohio headquarters.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming shipments, verify their contents, and ensure that they match the packing list and purchase order.
- Inspect incoming goods for damages, defects, or other issues and reports any discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
- Verifies and records all items loaded for shipments.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders/labels, to route materials.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Maintains database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed
- Loads and unloads trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Delivers shipments to appropriate department using appropriate equipment.
- Maintains a clean and organized shipping and receiving area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Hands-on experience preferred.

Line of Communication and Accountability:
This position reports to the NDT Services Manager.
Position Summary:
This position exists to provide non-destructive testing inspections supporting both our lab and field operations based from our Miamisburg, Ohio headquarters. We provide materials testing for the aerospace, defense, amusement, automotive, nuclear, and medical industries and more.
As a Level 2 Technician, this position will set up equipment and complete control checks; perform non-destructive tests; evaluate inspection results for acceptance or rejection determinations according to applicable codes, standards, and specifications; and record results. Level 2 Technicians are thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used and are responsible for on-the-job training and guidance of trainee and Level 1 Technicians.
This is a second shift position.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up and perform daily process control checks on nondestructive testing equipment.
- Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection.
- Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
- Organize and report test results.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to company safety standards and practices as well as legal regulations. Alert others as appropriate regarding potential hazards or concerns.
- Utilize proper protective equipment.
- Perform specialized inspections.
- May instruct and monitor others.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified to NAS 410 or SNT-TC-1A
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret inspection results.
- Knowledge of NDT equipment.
- Additional certifications a plus.
