This is a course developed for currently Certified Level II personnel transitioning from Film to Non-Film to meet the minimum formal training requirements per NAS410. With Level III approval, this class may also be used to transition currently certified RT/Film Level 2 personnel to Computerized Radiography techniques per the requirements of SNT-TC-1A.

Course content includes in-depth training on topics such as understanding the difference between various digital radiography techniques (i.e. CR and DR), Computed Radiography system components, Image Acquisition, Digital Imaging, Processing Digital Images, Manipulation of Digital Images, Software functionality and familiarization, Standard Practices for CR, CR System Testing and Performance and Computed Radiography requirements for various industry codes and standards.

The course is in full compliance with the required training hours for SNT-TC-1A and NAS410.
