American Testing Services offers the equipment and calibration services you need to ensure your hardware meets demands and expectations.
The ATS Calibrations Lab was created to address our in-house non-destructive equipment calibration needs and has expanded to provide the same offerings to our customers. Calibration services are available for many types of equipment used in non-destructive testing and commercial manufacturing.
We are ISO 17025 accredited by A2LA and are capable of providing calibration services either in our facility or yours. All calibrations have a fixed rate per item.
American Testing Services is proud to be the only authorized Magnaflux Service Center in the Dayton area, capable of servicing and repairing all Magnaflux equipment and distributing Magnaflux inspection chemicals.
We also sell new and refurbished NDT equipment and can provide brokering services to our customer’s specifications.

The Only Magnaflux Authorized Repair and Service Center in the Dayton Area
The ATS Calibrations Lab is your one-stop-shop for all things Magnaflux.
We offer on-site and in house repair of any Magnaflux equipment, including:
- Stationary and portable magnetic particle machines
- Radiometers (light meters)
- Magnetometers (field indicators)
- Contour probes (hand yokes)
- Gauss meters
Additionally, as an ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab, we can ensure your items are calibrated when repairs are made.
General Service & Repair
Occasionally, even the best maintained equipment will experience mechanical failures requiring repair. American Testing Services provides comprehensive repair service for equipment across all NDT modalities and manufactures. Our team of qualified technicians will restore your equipment to working order in accordance with manufacturer standards quickly and efficiently, saving you time and money. Once we evaluate your equipment, we will discuss all options with you prior to proceeding. We also provide onsite repairs, calibrations and installations.
In addition to our quality repair services, American Testing Services offers supplies and parts for NDT equipment and accessories from a broad range of manufacturers. You can view our products online, or speak with a technical sales specialist for assistance. If there is a part you need, we will get it for you. Customer satisfaction is our goal.

Various models of hand yoke / contour probes used for magnetic particle inspection are available, in addition to magnetic particle inspection accessories.
Handheld and headset black lights that may be used in a variety of applications, including liquid penetrant and magnetic particle inspection.
Digital radiometers, white light and black light sensors, and black lights, including replacement bulbs and parts.
All your needs for penetrant and magnetic particle processes, including chemicals to complete inspection systems. ATS is a trained and certified warranty and repair center.
