Laff’s – 2 E. Center Street, Germantown, OH  45327 – visit them on Facebook

“Warm Beer and Lousy Food.”  That’s the motto at Laff’s, but it’s far from the truth.  Laff’s is – and has been – a place to go for many years.  They are located in historic Germantown, Ohio (which also happens to be the town where I raised my kids).

When you go to Laff’s you must try their wings!  They make some of the tastiest wings around.  Laff’s wing’s are huge and always fresh, never frozen.  I prefer mine in their homemade hot sauce.  If you are not into wings, you might try the Beer Battered Mushrooms which are also incredible.

Laff’s serves excellent soups and chili on a daily basis.  If you stop in for lunch during the week, check out the daily specials.

The Chicken Breast Salad is a great salad option.  Choose fried or grilled chicken – with or without wing sauce – over lettuce covered with shredded mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and a hardboiled egg.

Laff’s offers a number of sandwiches as well.  The Mushroom Swiss Burger is amazing.  They also serve a great Texas Tenderloin, just like the ones you used to get at the county fair.  On the healthier side, the menu includes a number of tasty wraps, such as the Char Grilled Chicken Caesar.

Laff’s is a great local tavern with a casual, laid back atmosphere and a huge drink and beer list.  The dining room is family friendly with an entrance directly into the restaurant side so you don’t have to walk your kids through the bar.  Remember…it’s always a good time at Laff’s!
