Dear Valued Customers, Business Partners and Suppliers:

I first want to extend our thoughts and best wishes to your organization, employees and families as we all work through these unprecedented times. We recognize the significant pressure and uncertainty resulting from the situation. This letter is to provide an update concerning the status of our ongoing operations in light of the various governmental orders and recommendations.

American Testing Services is open and operational while a stay-at-home order has been issued by the Governor of Ohio. We know that many of our customers are essential suppliers and must remain operational during these difficult times. We, too, are considered an essential business for supporting critical infrastructure sectors. Those sectors include but are not limited to military, aerospace, other transportation, technology, energy, and mining. Given American Testing’s involvement in these sectors, we must do everything possible to ensure the continuity of our commitments to our customers and their operations.

I want to emphasize that we intend to keep our facilities up and running to the greatest extent possible and the best of our ability while incorporating the recommendations of the CDC and state level government.
