This month we’d like to introduce you to our new receptionist, Mandi Stover-Ross. Mandi comes to American Testing Services with 20 years of customer service experience, most recently working in a call center. Mandi is really enjoying getting to know our staff and customers; she says this is the first job she’s had a long time that she truly enjoys coming to every day.

Mandi lives on a 2.5-acre farm outside of Wilmington where she raises goats and chickens and does her fair share of horseback riding. Her 19-year-old daughter is currently studying animal biology at the University of Findlay with aspirations of becoming an animal surgeon. A love of animals definitely runs in the family!

Mandi also works at a bakery where she helps to decorate cakes and cookies. We have our fingers crossed that some cookies might find their way to the office soon!
