The 5th Street Wine & Deli is located in the heart of Dayton’s Oregon District. If you’re looking for a great deli style sandwich, this is definitely the place to go. They have a number of unique sandwiches and subs as well as a great selection of wine and beer. Order off their menu or create your own.

When I go to 5th Street, I order the “Cajun” made with Cajun turkey, horseradish cheddar, lettuce, and tomato on toasted rye. If you’re a Reuben fan, theirs is the best with corned beef, pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing on toasted rye.

All sandwiches come in small, medium and large. Breakfast sandwiches are also available. They carry all the local microbrews, so I usually try something new each time I’m there.
