American Testing Services has purchased and installed a new LECO CS744 Series Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer.  The unit has improved software for better reporting, improved diagnostics and more efficient maintenance.  It also has improved infrared cell design for better stability.  A variable power combusting furnace reduces temperature fluctuations for more consistent test results.

Detection Limits:

• Carbon      0.0002 to 6 %
• Sulfur        0.0002 to 1.75 %
